Have a go at saying these aloud three times each!  This is just a small selection our work!

Week 1 and 2 Term 3

Congratulations to the following children for receiving certificates,
their recent work has really stood out - well done guys!

Well it is already the end of Week 2 and we have been  non stop busy since school returned last week. With Production rehearsals beginning last week and the work leading up to the Kahui Ako performance last night for 11 students of Room 16, time is flying along.

In Maths we have been working hard understand the language of probability and working out systematic ways of recording all possible outcomes to an event.  In writing, we have written recounts, poetry, diary entries and played around with alliteration and tongue twisters.

We have also had fun building spaghetti and marshmallow structures and learning about the center of gravity, following this with some building challenges of our own.  Photos to follow next week.

Lately we have been skipping for fitness most days - this week we started using the class rope and running in and out of a moving rope - a challenge for some of us but we mastered it!

Have a lovely weekend everyone.
